Stumbled in work our service dog. So welcoming. So accommodating. From the hostess and everyone in-between, the treatment was awesome. The food, was perfect. The apps were tuna tartar, chicken wings . A plate of Chilean sea bass, one of pork chop marsala with veggies, topped with a home mage slice of key lime pie. Awesome! Stop in, you won't regret.
Could not be happier with our experience here. Alex was our server and his service was top-notch! He was very patient with us and made some great recommendations and helped us explore the menu. He genuinely took great care of us throughout our meal and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. He could teach a course in hospitality with his level of experience and kindness. The food was absolutely delicious, the steaks were nothing short of superior! My wife and I ordered a fillet and a sirloin and we got some great sides to go along with it, everything was spectacular! We also shared the pumpkin crab bisque, and that too was delicious! Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an exceptional dining experience at Grillsmith in Wesley Chapel and it truly deserves all the praise. From the moment we sat down, our server Zoe was outstanding. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He struck the perfect balance of being present without hovering and made sure everything about our meal was seamless from start to finish. We especially enjoyed his humorous tales and friendly disposition. What really elevated the experience was the leadership. Manager Shane Neukam, the Managing Partner, is an absolute standout. He is professional, caring, and clearly passionate about making sure every guest has a top notch, five star dining experience. His presence and attention to detail show how deeply he cares about both his customers and the quality of the restaurant. The food was incredible. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The seasonal menu is especially wonderful and thoughtfully curated. On Shane’s recommendation, we finished with the Pistachio Cheesecake, and it was phenomenal. Rich, perfectly balanced, and unforgettable. This Grillsmith location in New Tampa sets the standard for excellent service, strong management, and outstanding food. Huge compliments to Zoe, Shane, and the entire team for such a memorable experience. We will absolutely be back, and highly recommend dining here.
If you’re looking for the best espresso martini around, Zoe at the bar at GrillSmith is the one to see. He absolutely nails it every time…perfectly balanced, smooth, and just the right amount of bold espresso flavor. You can tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in what he’s making. On top of that, his energy and service make the whole experience even better. Friendly, attentive, and consistent, he’s the reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering an espresso martini from Zoe, you won’t be disappointed!
A true gem in the Wesley Chapel and Land O Lakes area. Food was very tasty, atmosphere pleasant, reservations were quickly seated, and room to have 2 or more eat in many comfortable areas of the restaurant. The tacos, could be fried or grilled, and were filling more than you expect. The drinks are also top-shelf, not watered down. And the manager, Shaun, was pleasant and stopped by to talk about his love of the restaurant and seeing everyone enjoy their dinning experience. Connerton residents should stop by and enjoy!
You really feel like at GrillSmith they care about food and people. Great hospitality. We had such a great experience at GrillSmith. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about quality and details. Hailey server so hospital and was great experience great professional and we she knows about flavory and thickness and great professionals on cocktails (she can explain what refreshing or strong cocktails) all she recommended was GREAT AMD YUMMY Justin Goble the manager was so friendly and welcoming. The whole experience felt warm and genuine. It’s one of those places where you truly feel taken care of. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.
This place was amazing. Everything about it was perfect. The pretzels with cheese were so airy and good. The ribs were amazing. The marshmallow liquor drink was so good; the strawberry margarita was pure perfection. The pineapple upside cake was so moist it practically melted in my mouth. Everything my friend and I had was great except the pear martini, too much ginger. But I would come back here in a heartbeat. So damn good, I cant wait to try more options next time!!!
We had a great time tonight! Even on a busy Saturday, everything ran smooth. Jaz took care of us and was very kind, professional and took pride in her work area/ kept everything clean. We absolutely loved the salmon bruschetta, tuna appetizer and old fashion drinks.
Great atmosphere! Cool different types of seating. High tops, to booths to leather couches. Good vibe! Service was great! Food was delish! We shared the Pork Chop Marsala with the Green Bean special and Augratin Potatoes. We also ordered a Napa Salad and Pineapple Upside-down Cake for dessert! All delish! Highly recommend!
